Please take note of the following permission changes for Bluecoins. This is in-line with our sincere goal of providing our beloved users with the safest and most enjoyable experience with our app.
In version 11.0.2, we are reducing the Google Drive Permissions from
(Old) Save, edit, create, and delete all of your Google Drive files
to the following smaller and more user-safe permission:
(New) View and manage Google Drive files and folders that you have opened or created with this app.
You will notice the image on the right above to pop-out when performing Google Drive sync for the first time after update to version 11.0.2. Note that for users of version 11.0.2 and below who had granted Google Drive permission previously using the previous setting, you may revoke this access by logging into your Google account, and then going to:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
Look for Bluecoins and revoke the permission access. You will need to unlink and link Google Drive in Bluecoins again to grant the smaller safer permission settings.
Also, in version 11.0.3, contacts permission for Google Drive will no longer be required. Unless your using push notifications settings using SMS sender detection, you can revoke contacts permissions for Bluecoins on your device by going to your phone settings > apps , then look for Bluecoins and adjust the permission settings.
New Bluecoins installations will be using the new permission settings for Google Drive by default.
