New Widgets

Version 214 update today introduces a couple of new 1×1 widgets to allow you to quickly jump to the two most common used functions in Bluecoins- adding a transaction, and checking the calendar.

Also, if your device is running Android 7.1 and above, this update also provides support for App Shortcut feature introduced in the latest versions of Android. Long press the icon on your home screen to reveal quick shortcuts to the same widget functions described above.

As always, don’t forget that Bluecoins has an add-on Reminders widget available on the Playstore. It’s a convenient widget to display your upcoming (and overdue) reminders, so you never forget to pay that phone bill again on time! Downloading this widget helps support the development of Bluecoins.

Other Updates

Included in this update is the addition of 4-week time-frame to the Budget setup (read: Budget). Also included is the ability to filter the reminders tab to reveal only the next 7 days or next 30 days of upcoming reminders or bills. There’s also a lot of under the hood stability and performance improvements to ensure that your Bluecoins app is running as buttery smooth and rock-solid as ever.
